Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 tortillas

  • 2 tbsp butter , spreadable

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

1
Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
2
Butter each tortilla as you would butter toast. Alternatively, melt the butter and spread it over the tortilla.
3
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
4
Stack the tortillas and cut into strips or triangles. Spread out in a single layer on a
5
baking sheet (3 tortillas should fit almost snugly).
6
Bake for 5-8 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
7
Eat warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Stores for 2 to 3 days in an airtight container. I cut these but cutting each tortilla into 6 strips (lengthwise), then the outer strips into 2 and all other strips into 3, this makes 16 pieces per tortilla. Nutrition per piece.
