In recent years, there have been fusion variations of paneer. In July 2020, a Bangalore-based food blogger posted her variation of palak paneer idli. The dish sparked conversation on Twitter and Instagram about the unusual combination of these two North and South Indian dishes. In September 2020, Vietnam-based Pizza 4P’s created unique fusion pizzas in honour of the International Day of Peace. How to Make Palak Paneer Restaurant Style

Everybody has their personal manner of making this dish genuinely,

This specific recipe is very simple and I might call it a restaurant style palak paneer recipe.

It makes use of primary spices and easy ingredients.

For the curry, I first blanch the spinach and then puree it.

Once the spinach is boiled, add it to ice cold water. This allows in retaining the colour of the spinach.

The curry is made of spinach puree, tomato, onion, ginger and garlic. i use a lot of garlic due to the fact in my view spinach and garlic go really well together.

But, if you aren’t a fan, you may cut down on it or pass it altogether. Also, you may skip the tomatoes in case you need them. It’s going to still come out exceptional!

I often use my homemade paneer for this palak paneer recipe. It’s simply first-class.

But, in case you use bought paneer, just take it into account to soak it in hot water for 15 to 20 minutes after which use within the recipe. The shop-sold paneer may be definitely soft then. A number of human beings like pan frying their paneer earlier than including it in the curry.

I’m no longer a fan because I like easy, smooth paneer. However, if you want, you may fry the paneer cubes in 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil until they’re golden brown and then add to the curry.

Vegan Palak Paneer

  • Can you make this recipe vegan? sure of course, follow the same steps as it is.
  • Use tofu (extra-firm please) in place of paneer and coconut cream or milk in place of heavy cream.
  • You could additionally add cashew cream in place. The rest of the recipe could be the same.
