HOW TO MAKE PASTA FAGIOLI

  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

  • 1 heaping cup, about 4 ounces ditalini pasta, uncooked or other small pasta

  • Top with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese if desired.
