  • 800 g / 28 oz canned tomato , crushed or diced

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/4 tsp mustard powder

  • 1/4 tsp celery salt

  • 1/2 tsp cooking/kosher salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Blend all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Simmer bring to a simmer over medium heat then lower heat to medium low so it is simmering lightly.
