Each person needs a big, fast, juicy Italian Salad recipe in their lives, and this is my favorite. It has croutons, a dusting of parmesan, and a homemade Italian dressing I adore. This goes nicely with all things Italian however especially with comfortable ingredients like pasta, parmigiana, and lasagna.
